FITNESS AND EXPERIENCE
- Training -
Although the training sessions are designed to increase student‘s levels of physical strength, stamina and flexibility, students work at their own rate.
The training is as physically demanding as the student wishes it to be, and is geared towards the needs of the individual. The training is therefore a challenge for students with a high level of physical fitness, while still being suitable for students with lower fitness levels. It’s also appropriate for both male and female students of all ages.
