Training sessions at Sifu Wan’s martial art studio are very traditional, focusing on internal energy development for health and wellness, and the development of power and techniques applicable to self-defence.

Although sport based training is available for those students interested in that direction, generally it’s taught after the student has a solid base in the traditional techniques.

Individual Program


As a student develops, Sifu Wan will choose specific training methods that compliment the individual student‘s physical requirements.​Sifu Wan’s kung fu is not a generic cookie-cutter system. He recognises that no two people are the same, and therefore moulds his system to suit the specific needs and physical attributes of the individual, while retaining the principle essence of the style.
